2008 RATES

Above rates are based upon two people per unit except the 4 bedroom house which is based upon up to four people. All rates subject to Maine State Lodging Tax (currently 7%).

Check-in time: 3:00 P.M.
Checkout is at 11:00 A.M. 

Deposit Policy: All Reservations require a 1-night deposit plus tax. Note regarding efficiency units and the 4-bedroom house. These 2 unit types require a $300 deposit.

Cancellation: A $25 dollar cancellation fee imposed in July and August.

7% Maine State Sales Tax is NOT included in above rates.

Rates are based upon two people per unit. Extra person rates are $12 - 15 per person. Maximum of 4 people per unit (except house and cottage).

Daily rates are guaranteed to fall within the price range indicated but do not necessarily have to fall at the lowest end of that range. Higher rates possible on holiday weekends and during special events.
